🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare strategic plans and serve as primary client contact
• Manage budgets, schedules, and team assignments
• Facilitate and seal contract documents as Architect in Responsible Charge
• Coordinate architectural drawings across disciplines

📋 Requirements

• Registered Architect with NAAB-accredited degree
• 8+ years of design experience
• Experience in Senior Living market
• Proficiency in Revit

• LEED accreditation or interest
• Understanding of codes like ANSI 117.1, BOMA
