💼 About This Role

You'll join Moonpig Group as a Dutch-speaking People Coordinator supporting the full employee lifecycle with a focus on the Netherlands population. You'll manage onboarding, HR administration, and payroll systems, helping deliver a smooth people-first experience in a hybrid London role.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding and offboarding.
• Generate employment documents like contracts and offer letters.
• Support monthly payroll administration and data validation.
• Maintain HR systems and conduct data quality checks.

📋 Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (reading and writing).
• 2-3 years experience in HR/People Coordinator role.
• Knowledge of Dutch employment law.
• Experience with payroll administration and data preparation.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting EMEA employee populations.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms like Namely.
• Experience with e-signature tools like Adobe Sign.
