Description

Act as the primary interface for delivering insights to the business. Design and maintain curated data layers, dashboards, and visualizations to empower decision-making. Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and product managers to transform raw data into well-structured products.

Requirements

• 2-5+ years in analytics engineering, BI development, or data visualization
• Strong SQL proficiency and experience with dbt or similar frameworks
• Expertise in BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Mode, etc.)
• Familiarity with modern data stack (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.)
• Experience designing curated datasets, semantic layers, and data marts

Responsibilities

• Own the Gold layer of medallion architecture: define and maintain metrics and semantic models
• Build and maintain executive dashboards and visualizations communicating key insights
• Define and enforce best practices for data visualization and storytelling
• Build data marts and semantic layers serving multiple domains
• Implement data quality tests, documentation, and lineage tracking
