💼 About This Role

You'll own and evolve the infrastructure powering revenue systems for a B2B SaaS company in the construction tech space. You'll design targeting, activation, and routing logic across both Enterprise and PLG motions. This role reports to the Head of Growth and works alongside an existing GTM Engineer to double the leverage of our go-to-market stack.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Expand and optimize outbound infrastructure (CRM data model, scoring, campaigns).
  • Ensure reliable end-to-end data sync across the GTM stack.
  • Design and maintain account-based workflows (segmentation, sequencing, multi-threading).
  • Identify automation opportunities and integrate AI into sales and customer success.

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of GTM engineering, RevOps, or technical growth roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Clay is a must.
  • Hands-on experience designing and scaling outbound GTM campaigns.
  • Technical knowledge of CRM (Hubspot), AI automation (Clay, n8n, Make.com), and cold outbound tools.

  • Computer Science degree.
  • Construction technology or industry knowledge.
  • Startup experience preferred.
