You'll lead go-to-market strategy and build a repeatable outbound sales engine for Almedia, Europe's #3 fastest-growing company. You'll report directly to the CEO, driving partnerships with top mobile game publishers while mentoring a high-performing team. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Architect and own the GTM playbook including segmentation and CRM workflows
- Lead Tier-1 deals from discovery to signed integration
- Translate publisher needs into product roadmap with Product and Engineering
- Define and enforce qualification standards, pipeline hygiene, and forecasting
📋 Requirements
- Full-cycle enterprise sales experience with a track record of closing deals
- 2–5 people management experience as a player-coach
- Experience building outbound sales engines from scratch

- Experience in the mobile gaming industry
- Familiarity with AI tools for sales performance
- Multi-geo team management (Berlin/China/Israel)
