💼 About This Role

You'll lead go-to-market strategy and build a repeatable outbound sales engine for Almedia, Europe's #3 fastest-growing company. You'll report directly to the CEO, driving partnerships with top mobile game publishers while mentoring a high-performing team. This role offers ownership from day one in a profitable, high-growth startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Architect and own the GTM playbook including segmentation and CRM workflows
  • Lead Tier-1 deals from discovery to signed integration
  • Translate publisher needs into product roadmap with Product and Engineering
  • Define and enforce qualification standards, pipeline hygiene, and forecasting

📋 Requirements

  • Full-cycle enterprise sales experience with a track record of closing deals
  • 2–5 people management experience as a player-coach
  • Experience building outbound sales engines from scratch

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in the mobile gaming industry
  • Familiarity with AI tools for sales performance
  • Multi-geo team management (Berlin/China/Israel)
