Description

You will embed global readiness into Riot's products, partnering across teams to ensure every feature and campaign is globally viable from planning through release. You'll balance strategic foresight with execution, managing localization pipelines and advocating for cultural nuance to deliver consistent player experiences worldwide.

Requirements

• 6+ years as a localization producer in gaming, tech or entertainment
• Experience supporting live environments and complex global launches
• Deep understanding of game development and localization pipelines
• Strong knowledge of internationalization best practices and content management platforms
• Proven stakeholder management across development, publishing and regional teams

Responsibilities

• Partner with Development and Product to incorporate internationalization and regional requirements early in planning
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle from source handoff through localization and release
• Advocate for cultural nuance, linguistic excellence, and experiential consistency
• Identify and manage risks across content creation, localization, compliance and publishing
• Surface systemic friction and propose structural improvements to reduce rework
