You will lead and coordinate execution of business controls and analysis within Operations, acting as a subject matter expert for assigned product controls. Your work ensures effective control ratings, standardized procedures, and governance reporting to support financial safety and compliance.

Requirements

• 1 year at SoFi or 3+ years in financial services
• Experience with process mapping and workflow documentation
• Exceptional skills with Google Suite products
• Strong analytical skills and business judgment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Execute controls for assigned portfolio, including oversight and evidence gathering
• Perform ad-hoc control tests across operational processes
• Design and document standardized procedures for assigned controls
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership on control outcomes and emerging risk
• Develop process maps to identify control gaps
