💼 About This Role

You'll lead the fund accounting and finance functions for StepStone's private wealth retail products, overseeing NAV production, investment valuation, and financial reporting. You'll manage a team of ~20 professionals and partner closely with portfolio managers, operations, and senior leadership. This senior role requires a CPA and extensive experience in private markets valuations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead fund accounting and NAV production for US and international retail products
• Manage and develop a team of ~20 accounting professionals
• Oversee quarterly/annual financial reporting (GAAP, regulatory, board)
• Partner with investment teams on private market valuation processes

📋 Requirements

• CPA required
• 15+ years of progressive fund accounting experience
• Private markets valuation experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of Investment Company Act of 1940 preferred

• Experience with registered investment company regulatory requirements
