💼 About This Role

You'll teach behavioral and social skills to children with autism in a 1:1 setting. Your work will directly impact their communication and daily living skills. You'll receive paid training and mentoring to advance in behavior therapy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in 1:1 sessions
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Record client progress in Central Reach data system
• Facilitate social groups and direct RBTs

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years experience as a Registered Behavior Technician
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• CPR/BLS certification before working with clients
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• TRICARE-certified
