💼 About This Role

You'll support top loan officers in a fast-paced sales environment, learning mortgage products and qualifying customers. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls, gather documentation, and scrub files before submission. This role includes daily training to prepare for promotion into sales.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review mortgage applications and assist in collecting documents.
• Order disclosures and run automated underwriting.
• Take inbound live calls and gather information for transfer.
• Provide excellent customer service to GoodLeap customers.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of top sales experience OR college degree.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• High energy and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills.
