💼 About This Role

You'll join a leading financial institution's Identity Governance team to map and improve IGA processes. You'll drive process optimization by collecting and analyzing information, identifying gaps, and proposing enhancements. This role offers a chance to shape access governance in a dynamic environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Map processes with stakeholders identifying improvement opportunities.
• Collect, analyze and consolidate data for reports and executive summaries.
• Conduct interviews to capture requirements and pain points clearly.
• Apply Lean IT principles to reduce operational effort and increase security.

📋 Requirements

• Knowledge of ISO27001, NIST, and CIS controls frameworks.
• Experience in Identity and Access Management (workflows, RBAC, SoD).
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards).
• Solid knowledge of SQL.

✨ Nice to Have

• Certifications in Lean IT or ITIL.
• Experience with Power BI.
