Your core impact is serving as a trusted talent advisor who challenges conventional thinking and brings market intelligence to every conversation. This role operates at the intersection of healthcare and technology, driving data-driven hiring decisions for a leading SaaS platform.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions and levels
- Run strategic kickoffs co-building search strategy and success profiles
- Evaluate candidates for skills and learning potential using structured assessment
- Negotiate and extend competitive offers with market grounding
- Coach hiring panels on structured, skills-based interviewing
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for Go-to-Market and Engineering roles
- Proven ability to act as a talent advisor to senior stakeholders
- Expertise in sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare or SaaS industry
- Familiarity with AI-enabled recruiting tools
- Knowledge of OFCCP compliance requirements
