You'll join Caseware's Enterprise Systems team to manage the Salesforce platform, drive adoption, and turn business needs into workflows and insights. Your core impact will be improving operations and automating processes through custom development. This hybrid role offers the chance to shape Salesforce solutions for a global Fintech leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Aura, and Lightning Web Components
• Execute test plans to ensure quality delivery
• Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards

📋 Requirements

• 3-5+ years experience in Salesforce consulting or development
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform
• Development experience with Apex, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Mulesoft integration middleware
• Exposure to DevOps tools like Github, Copado, or Gearset
• Experience with CPQ or Marketing Cloud
