💼 About This Role

You'll act as a technical advisor to Ramp customers, guiding integrations and system design to solve their financial challenges. You'll partner with Customer Activation and Account Management to drive high-value implementations and influence the product roadmap. This role combines deep technical expertise with customer-facing ownership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise customers on integration, configuration, and system design
• Partner with teams to assess requirements and propose scalable solutions
• Troubleshoot integration blockers and guide configuration decisions
• Contribute to internal documentation and tooling for integration support

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in technical consulting or solutions engineering
• ERP systems familiarity (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, etc.)
• Experience working with APIs and integration logic
• Ability to translate technical solutions to business value
