💼 About This Role

You'll own the security product strategy and execution for Anchorage Digital's platform, strengthening defense-in-depth architecture across custody, wallets, and risk systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define roadmap for security platform capabilities like cloud defense and secrets management
• Translate regulatory/audit requirements into usable product surfaces and guardrails
• Establish product requirements, success metrics, and post-ship control evidence
• Partner with Security, Platform, and Compliance to ship secure-by-default capabilities

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in product management with 3+ years focused on platform or security products
• Technical fluency in cryptographic primitives or authN/Z or HSMs and key management
• Proven record shipping platform controls that are developer-friendly and audit-ready
• Experience converting control frameworks (SOC 2, FFIEC, OCC) into practical product requirements

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in digital assets or financial infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with hardware signing flows or HSM integrations
• Built 0 to 1 products for financial institutions
