Description

You will own the evolution and execution of the Fraud Management Program for Bitso Business across key markets, designing and strengthening scalable fraud prevention frameworks and ensuring regulatory alignment. You will act as the main point of contact between Fraud and cross-functional teams, embedding fraud risk mitigation into new products and processes while balancing customer experience and commercial objectives.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in Spanish and English
• 3+ years in fraud prevention, risk operations, or investigations in FinTech/payments
• Experience managing fraud risk for corporate clients
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate fraud trends into actionable summaries
• Strong communication skills to act as Fraud Advisor for B2B clients

Responsibilities
