You'll drive product improvement for the Road Runner counter-UAS interceptor, implementing quality processes for data collection and incident reporting. You'll lead root cause corrective action activities and champion the transition from NPI to high-rate manufacturing. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge defense technology at Anduril's new hyperscale facility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement processes for data collection and incident reporting
• Lead root cause corrective action (RCCA) activities
• Define and improve product and process requirements
• Establish metrics for quality and predictive factors

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar technical field
• Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality in aerospace/defense or similar hardware
• Experience leading root cause corrective action (RCCA) efforts
• Working knowledge of FMEA, APQP, PPAP elements

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree in a technical field
• 2-5 years experience with quality systems for low volume, high complex manufacturing
• Lean six sigma certification
