💼 About This Role

You'll support licensed colorists to deliver a seamless guest experience while learning hair color services and working towards promotion. You'll help guests find the best color and execute perfect services. This role is a training path to become a Licensed Colorist.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform shampooing, conditioning, blowouts, and styling services
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals and KPIs
• Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory standards
• Learn color theory and behind-the-chair application skills

📋 Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in the state of application
• Entry-level customer service or retail experience
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Salon or beauty industry experience
• Fluency in English
