You'll deliver in-home physical therapy to adult and geriatric patients, helping them restore strength and mobility. Your work directly enables patients to move safely and confidently in their homes. This role offers flexible scheduling and consistent patient volume through a supportive agency network.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to patients
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans
• Maintain accurate home health care documentation

📋 Requirements

• Active physical therapy license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
• Basic comfort with technology (email, texting, EMR)
