💼 About This Role

You'll support the development and execution of system verification and validation plans for Telesat's LEO constellation network. You'll coordinate work between ground infrastructure teams and functional groups to ensure system readiness for deployment and testing. This role offers the chance to work on a revolutionary satellite network set to begin service in 2027.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead ground infrastructure readiness planning across segment teams
• Develop and maintain verification strategy, matrices, and procedures
• Coordinate system readiness review and participate in design reviews
• Synchronize ground deployment tasks for timely hardware and software readiness

📋 Requirements

• BSc/BEng or Master’s in Aerospace, Space Systems, or related field
• 6–10 years in requirements-based testing for aerospace or satellite ground systems
• Experience in ground system infrastructure deployment and OTA testing
• Proficiency in project management and system engineering verification protocols

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with satellite and network operations systems (NOC & SOC)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Familiarity with User Terminal and Landing Station Antenna systems
