Description

You will support OPSWAT's APJ and META Sales Teams by handling day-to-day sales operations requests, including customer quoting, CRM data maintenance, and order processing. This role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and IT in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to sales operations questions and requests from Sales teams
• Assist with customer and partner quoting, including draft quotes and discount validation
• Maintain CRM data accuracy for Opportunities, Accounts, and related records
• Support account ownership updates, hierarchies, and territory assignments
• Assist with order processing and deal booking, coordinating with Sales and Finance
