You'll provide administrative support to the Buyer and Assistant Buyer, communicating with the DC and vendors to track orders. You'll help coordinate samples and deadlines for holiday launches and mailers. This hybrid role is based in City of Industry, CA.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process, turn in, and track top samples for website
• Coordinate samples and meet deadlines for holiday launches
• Input, set up, and distribute street dates and embargoes
• Process purchase orders and reconcile store price changes

📋 Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
• Comprehensive working knowledge of MS Suite
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
