🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform complex legal research for trial staff.
• Assist in preparing draft legal documents like motions and briefs.
• Cite check via Westlaw, Lexis, and blue book.
• Respond to citizen letters and review amicus briefs.

📋 Requirements

• Requires Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal training.
• Sound working knowledge of federal and state court systems.
• Thorough knowledge of LEXIS and Westlaw.
• Extensive experience with cite checking and blue book.
