💼 About This Role

You'll lead planning, budgeting, and risk management for Fluidstack's global data center builds, turning ambitious capacity targets into executable project plans. You'll own the master construction schedule from site-mobilization through handover, ensuring every stakeholder stays aligned. This role offers the chance to shape the infrastructure powering AI superintelligence at a company deploying gigawatts of compute.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build integrated schedules (Primavera P6, MS Project) covering design through commissioning.
• Own project budgets, cash-flow forecasts, and change-order governance.
• Facilitate phase-gate and 30/60/90% design reviews with RACI matrices.
• Manage contract lifecycles: RFP, award, PCO tracking, close-out documentation.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years project management in hyperscale data center or large industrial builds.
• B.S./B.E./B.A. in engineering or related field.
• Expert user of scheduling (P6/MS Project) and cost (Procore, Ares) tools.
• Travel 50%+ to active construction sites.

✨ Nice to Have

• PMI-PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Experience scaling project teams across multiple geographies.
• Deep knowledge of MEP scopes and procurement workflows.
