Description

You will oversee loan boarding processes, interpret loan documentation, ensure accurate data entry into the servicing system, and collaborate with internal teams and external clients. This role offers high visibility and the opportunity to train team members, while contributing to the largest non-bank commercial mortgage servicer in the U.S.

• Experience with complex loan types (e.g., SASB) and McCracken servicing system

Responsibilities

• Handle full range of loan boarding tasks with minimal intervention
• Train and develop team members to improve performance
• Oversee email correspondence for New Loan Boarding and Acquisitions/Conversions
• Intake, review, and interpret post-closing loan packages for all product types
• Prepare e-forms for escrow/reserve funds on newly boarded loans
