Description

In this role, you will develop and execute go-to-market strategies, build relationships with clinical partners in your local community, and connect people to life-saving mental health treatment. You'll be the face of Charlie Health, driving market penetration and ensuring access to care.

Requirements

• Based in Reading or Allentown, PA
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years proven sales experience
• Experience with healthcare organizations a plus
• Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation 4-5 days/week

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources in priority markets
• Conduct field meetings 4-5 days/week with patients, parents, and providers
• Design strategies to support and engage referral partners across channels
• Synthesize market feedback to inform product and marketing strategies
