You'll support the onboarding team in managing account opening processes. You'll monitor performance indicators and identify process improvements to ensure accounts are opened as quickly as possible.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Monitor and update account opening KPIs
- Analyze data and identify process improvements
- Maintain account opening control spreadsheet
- Follow up on Enhanced Due Diligence processes
📋 Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Psychology, or related fields
- Analytical profile
- Proactive and proactive attitude
- Strong communication skills
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with HubSpot or Zendesk
- Interest in financial operations and regulated environment
- Knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
