💼 About This Role

You'll support the onboarding team in managing account opening processes. You'll monitor performance indicators and identify process improvements to ensure accounts are opened as quickly as possible.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Monitor and update account opening KPIs
  • Analyze data and identify process improvements
  • Maintain account opening control spreadsheet
  • Follow up on Enhanced Due Diligence processes

📋 Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Psychology, or related fields
  • Analytical profile
  • Proactive and proactive attitude
  • Strong communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with HubSpot or Zendesk
  • Interest in financial operations and regulated environment
  • Knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
