💼 About This Role

You'll support and optimize manufacturing execution systems in a high-volume discrete manufacturing environment. Your work ensures real-time shop-floor execution and seamless ERP-MES-PLC integration for production reliability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support MES–PLC integrations during system launches and constrained production.
• Configure and maintain MES-to-PLC communications and tag logic.
• Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and industrial network issues affecting MES.
• Collaborate with process engineers to ensure proper MES integration.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley/Rockwell and Siemens PLC/HMI systems.
• Strong PLC and HMI troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

• Basic understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Experience with ERP-MES-PLC integration.
