You'll act as a strategic advisor for enterprise customers, helping them maximize ROI on the Anaplan platform through value-based lifecycle management. You'll drive measurable business outcomes and lead Executive Business Reviews with C-suite stakeholders. This role combines customer success with deep FP&A expertise to influence renewals and expansion.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers end-to-end lifecycle.
  • Own and nurture C-suite executive relationships.
  • Lead outcome-driven Executive Business Reviews (EBRs).
  • Drive platform expansion opportunities including AI use cases.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7+ years in customer-facing roles (customer success, presales, consulting).
  • Deep expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
  • Hands-on experience with Anaplan, OneStream, Oracle EPM, or SAP BPC/SAC.
  • Ability to translate technical platform capabilities into business value.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • CA or MBA degree.
  • Experience with Center of Excellence establishment.
  • Background in management consulting.
