You'll act as a strategic advisor for enterprise customers, helping them maximize ROI on the Anaplan platform through value-based lifecycle management. You'll drive measurable business outcomes and lead Executive Business Reviews with C-suite stakeholders. This role combines customer success with deep FP&A expertise to influence renewals and expansion.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers end-to-end lifecycle.
- Own and nurture C-suite executive relationships.
- Lead outcome-driven Executive Business Reviews (EBRs).
- Drive platform expansion opportunities including AI use cases.
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years in customer-facing roles (customer success, presales, consulting).
- Deep expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- Hands-on experience with Anaplan, OneStream, Oracle EPM, or SAP BPC/SAC.
- Ability to translate technical platform capabilities into business value.

- CA or MBA degree.
- Experience with Center of Excellence establishment.
- Background in management consulting.
