- Own end-to-end hiring from intake to close for assigned roles
- Build pipelines via direct sourcing, referrals, and targeted outreach
- Drive hiring decisions with clear signals beyond interview feedback
- Redesign interview questions, scorecards, and assessments
๐ Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (in-house or agency)
- Track record of closing roles in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sourcing ability to generate pipelines without inbound
- Ability to manage multiple roles with speed and consistency
