Description

This role offers you the chance to transition from aircraft maintenance expert to educator, teaching FAA-aligned curriculum and hands-on techniques at the Aviation Institute of Maintenance. You will help shape the next generation of aviation professionals in a supportive environment with a structured new teacher training program.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred)
• At least 3 years of hands-on aircraft maintenance experience
• Strong command of aircraft maintenance systems and procedures

Responsibilities

• Teach FAA-aligned curriculum in a supportive classroom environment
• Demonstrate hands-on aircraft maintenance techniques
• Record accurate attendance, grades, and evaluations
• Support program development and revision of course materials
• Notify leadership of student performance or classroom concerns
