You'll own the post-sales journey for AI phone agent deployments, ensuring customers launch quickly and hit measurable ROI. You'll partner with forward deployed engineers to troubleshoot production issues and drive adoption. This role offers massive ownership at a Series B startup redefining voice AI.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the post-sales journey end-to-end for customer deployments
• Partner with engineers to troubleshoot and accelerate resolutions
• Educate customers on best practices and new features
• Identify expansion opportunities and develop growth plans

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles like TAM or Solutions Architect
• Fluency with REST APIs and SQL for integration and debugging
• Experience in escalation and incident management
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for executive stakeholders

✨ Nice to Have

• Startup or early-stage TAM experience
• Background in AI/ML, conversational AI, or telephony
• Familiarity with debugging distributed systems
