You'll join the Finance Accounting team handling monthly/annual closings, audits, and AP management at a leading BNPL fintech. Your work will ensure accurate reporting under USGAAP/JGAAP and support Paidy's continued growth within the PayPal group. Expect close collaboration with cross-functional teams in a diverse, fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare monthly and annual closings under USGAAP and JGAAP
• Handle accounting and tax audits (SOX and standalone)
• Manage accounts payable and expense reimbursements
• Evaluate accounting and tax implications of new transactions

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of monthly/annual closing experience in Japanese or foreign company
• Experience with audit procedures
• Experience with tax filing and reporting
• Business-level English and Japanese proficiency
