💼 About This Role

You'll own the technical backbone of our go-to-market operations, designing and maintaining HubSpot data architecture and automated workflows. Your core impact is building a scalable engine that powers Sales and Marketing teams with clean data and robust automations. This role offers deep technical ownership in a high-growth observability startup backed by top-tier investors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain HubSpot data architecture with schema integrity
• Build multi-step workflows in HubSpot and n8n with error handling
• Implement lifecycle automations: MQL scoring, lead routing, stage transitions
• Build bidirectional integrations via REST/webhooks across GTM tools
• Write SQL in BigQuery to extract and transform GTM and product data

📋 Requirements

• 2–5 years in RevOps or Sales/Marketing Engineering at B2B SaaS
• HubSpot admin-level fluency: custom objects, workflows, API scopes
• Production-grade experience with n8n or equivalent (Zapier, Make)
• SQL proficiency: joins, window functions, aggregations in BigQuery or Postgres

• Experience with email deliverability infrastructure (SPF/DKIM/DMARC)
• Background in data engineering or software development
