💼 About This Role
You'll own the end-to-end renewal motion for Yoodli's high-volume, lower-ACV customer segment. This role is cadence-driven, managing structured outreach from 120 days before renewal to close. You'll lead pricing negotiations and contract restructuring directly with customers, ensuring on-time renewals and accurate pipeline data.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own the full renewal lifecycle for a high-volume book of business.
- Run structured cadence with 120-day, 90-day, and 60-day touchpoints.
- Lead pricing negotiations and contract restructuring conversations.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data in CRM.
- Identify and execute save plays for at-risk renewals.
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in renewal management or commercial post-sales roles in SaaS.
- Proven track record managing a high volume of renewals or commercial transactions.
- Comfortable leading pricing negotiations directly with customers.
- Strong CRM discipline with habit of keeping pipeline data accurate.
