💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end renewal motion for Yoodli's high-volume, lower-ACV customer segment. This role is cadence-driven, managing structured outreach from 120 days before renewal to close. You'll lead pricing negotiations and contract restructuring directly with customers, ensuring on-time renewals and accurate pipeline data.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own the full renewal lifecycle for a high-volume book of business.
  • Run structured cadence with 120-day, 90-day, and 60-day touchpoints.
  • Lead pricing negotiations and contract restructuring conversations.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data in CRM.
  • Identify and execute save plays for at-risk renewals.

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in renewal management or commercial post-sales roles in SaaS.
  • Proven track record managing a high volume of renewals or commercial transactions.
  • Comfortable leading pricing negotiations directly with customers.
  • Strong CRM discipline with habit of keeping pipeline data accurate.

  • Experience building or improving renewal playbooks from scratch.
  • Comfort with data analysis and using data to prioritize.
