You'll own performance marketing for ShopBack's ANZ region, driving customer acquisition through paid social and content. Your work will directly scale growth as the company expands into new markets. This role combines analytical rigor with creative flair in a high-growth e-commerce platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute paid social content strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube
• Run continuous A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and landing pages
• Champion Refer-a-Friend program and high-impact campaigns
• Manage and optimize marketing budgets for maximum efficiency

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in growth or performance marketing
• Experience scaling paid social campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube)
• Proficient in budget management and Excel/Sheets
• Track record of cross-functional collaboration with creative teams

• Experience in tech or e-commerce high-growth environments
