🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer and optimize SQL Server databases in on-premises and Azure environments.
• Design and manage High Availability and Disaster Recovery solutions including Always On.
• Lead troubleshooting of complex performance issues and critical incidents.
• Perform query, index, and server-level performance tuning.
• Automate tasks using PowerShell and T-SQL scripting.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a SQL Server DBA in production environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Always On Availability Groups and HA/DR solutions.
• Experience managing SQL Server in Azure (IaaS, PaaS, Azure SQL, Managed Instance).
• Strong performance tuning skills including query optimization and indexing strategies.

• Azure certifications or knowledge of PostgreSQL/MySQL.
