You'll collaborate with a diverse team to develop innovative healthcare solutions, validating software modules and enhancing coding accuracy. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Validate and apply software modules related to coding and training.
• Collaborate with coding and clinical team members and external clients.
• Implement and support Clinical Documentation Integrity programs in facilities.
• Lead audits of medical record coding, documentation, and compliance.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher OR High School Diploma/GED with 11 years experience
• 7+ years as a Registered Nurse with inpatient acute care experience
• 5+ years of acute care CDI experience
• RHIT, CCDS, CDIP, or CCS certification with 5 years clinical coding or CDI experience

• Ability to travel up to 50%
