🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and evolve high-load backend services in C# and .NET Core.
• Design and implement new features including AI voice/real-time components.
• Build and optimize async processing pipelines with RabbitMQ.
• Optimize MS SQL Server schemas, queries, and execution plans.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in C# and .NET development with 2+ years .NET Core in production.
• Strong background in distributed systems and high-load architectures.
• Hands-on experience with message brokers like RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus.
• Solid expertise in MS SQL Server performance tuning and query optimization.
• Fluent Russian language skills and CET ±2 time zone availability.
