You'll perform routine maintenance and repair tasks for a student housing property. You'll ensure safety and functionality of buildings while providing excellent service to residents.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform minor and routine maintenance/repair tasks
• Complete preventive maintenance assignments
• Prepare apartments for turnovers
• Respond to service requests daily

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
• CPO certification or intent to obtain within 6 months
