🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement ML models for hospital-specific challenges
• Build and optimize data ingestion and modeling pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop ML solutions
• Monitor and enhance deployed model performance with MLOps

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with end-to-end ML model deployment
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Experience with healthcare data and regulations (HIPAA/GDPR)
• Strong SQL skills and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science or related field
• Knowledge of clinical workflows and hospital operations
• Experience with NLP or computer vision in healthcare
