You'll answer support tickets, lead training on new tools, and run reports to share insights with senior leadership. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Answer support tickets for hiring managers and recruiters regarding tech issues.
• Lead training for recruiters on new tools and strategic initiatives.
• Run reports in ATS and other tools to share insights with leadership.
• Manage and update documentation, decks, and spreadsheets for processes and systems.

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting or recruiting operations.
• Tech-savvy with ability to pick up new tools quickly.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to create and implement project plans.

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous experience with Greenhouse.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets/Slides).
• Experience with project management tools (Asana, Notion, Jira).
