You'll guide new customers through a seamless onboarding journey for a complex SaaS platform. You'll act as a trusted partner, translating business needs into effective system configurations and workflows. This role combines technical understanding with relationship-building in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
π― What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation processes.
- Conduct detailed platform walkthroughs and guide setup/configuration.
- Manage customer data migration and ensure accuracy/completeness.
- Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Engineering teams.
π Requirements
- 1β2 years of experience in customer onboarding or customer-facing roles.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders across levels.
- Ability to quickly learn and explain technical products or SaaS platforms.
