Description

You will provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric or adult clients in their homes, performing assessments, implementing doctors' orders, and documenting care. Flexible scheduling and supportive team environment.

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing in the state
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

Responsibilities

• Follow up on and execute doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Provide hands-on care one-on-one with client
• Build client relationships and track milestones
