Description
As a Technical Support Engineer at Sigma, you will join an award-winning team helping customers solve technical, business, and data challenges using the Sigma platform. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to diagnose complex issues, drive solutions, and improve support operations.
Requirements
- 2+ years supporting enterprise data analytics products
- Computer Science fundamentals
- Strong SQL proficiency: JOINs, partitions, window functions, aggregations, CTEs, sub-queries
- SQL query performance troubleshooting and plan generation
- Proficient in data modeling and charting data into logical visualizations
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues with customers and pre-sales team
- Develop best practices and tools for issue diagnosis and performance optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: backend, frontend, devops, design, product, go-to-market
- Participate in quarterly projects and perform periodic on-call duties
- Improve automation and processes
