💼 About This Role

You'll provide hands-on personal care to seniors at our day center, assisting with daily activities and ensuring their safety and well-being. You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate care in a lively, non-institutional setting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide hands-on personal care assistance with ADLs such as bathing and dressing
• Measure and document participants' vital signs
• Act as a medical escort for participants in transportation
• Assist with meal service and feeding when needed

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Home Health Aide certification or CNA in California preferred
• Minimum of 1 year experience providing personal care to seniors
• Obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire
