You'll join the platform team within HighLevel's LC Phone System, focusing on backend-heavy platform challenges like system stability, performance optimization, and tech debt reduction. Your work will enable the entire Phone System to operate seamlessly under increasing demand. You'll tackle systemic bottlenecks and drive long-term refactoring efforts.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Stabilize and scale mission-critical phone services.
• Optimize resource usage to reduce cloud costs.
• Lead tech debt reduction and system modernization.
• Strengthen security, compliance, and observability.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
• Strong experience with NoSQL data models, especially MongoDB.
• Proven track record of architecting complex systems in production.
