💼 About This Role

You'll ensure smooth performance of autonomous delivery robots in the field, assisting with navigation and light maintenance. Your on-the-ground support helps minimize service interruptions and directly contributes to improving our technology and operations. This part-time role is onsite in Doral, Miami.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support robots in field to ensure timely deliveries and order fulfillment.
• Assist in robot deployment, inspection, cleaning, and placement.
• Track and close escalation tickets with clear documentation.
• Operate company vehicles to move or recover robotic units.
• Manage end-of-shift recovery: secure, charge, and sanitize robots.

📋 Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds.
• Customer engagement skills in a professional setting.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Jira.
• 1 year in last-mile delivery or robotics field.
• Experience with communication tools like Slack.
