You'll own the end-to-end success of mid-market and enterprise customers, acting as their strategic partner to achieve measurable business outcomes. You'll develop executive-level relationships and drive adoption, retention, and expansion of a high-impact global employment platform. This fully remote role offers high visibility and influence across Product, Sales, and Engineering.

- Own end-to-end success of mid-market and enterprise customers
- Develop executive-level relationships and strategic success plans
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve experience
๐ Requirements
- 6+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS
- Experience managing complex enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders
- Strong ability to build executive relationships and influence decisions
- Proven success in driving retention and expansion outcomes
