  • Own end-to-end success of mid-market and enterprise customers

  • 6+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS
  • Experience managing complex enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong ability to build executive relationships and influence decisions
  • Proven success in driving retention and expansion outcomes
