Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or similar field
- Based in Central Time Zone
- 5+ years in strategy, partnerships, or business development roles, preferably in healthcare
- Proven experience leading strategic initiatives and managing cross-functional teams
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify strategic partnership opportunities
- Design and implement partnership strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Drive cross-functional alignment across sales, marketing, clinical, and operations departments
- Oversee partnership lifecycle management including scoping, contracting, program design, and launch
- Establish KPIs and analyze performance data to optimize partnerships and inform strategy
